If your order is damaged when you receive it, please email us at haileymiller0228@gmail.com and we will arrange for that item to be shipped to you. Please note that we pack our plants very carefully, things can move around when shipped. If your plant has moved around in the container it can be replanted back into the jar or pot. The succulents do need a few days to acclimate back to the sunlight after being shipped. Give the succulent a little water and put it in a room with just a little sunlight for a few days.
